HOW WE WORK

Every partnership is different. It is built around the specific needs of the organisation, its people, and its communication challenges.

It might mean recurring one-to-one sessions supporting a leadership team through a period of business change.

 

It might mean a series of Group Workshops embedded into an existing employee development programme. It might mean both, across different cohorts and over time.

The work is rooted in The Anima Method®, our approach to presence and communication developed from professional actor training and years of working with organisations across the legal and executive sectors.

The Retained Partnership works equally well for educational and corporate organisations. It is typically commissioned by academic  and L&D leads, managing partners, and senior leadership teams who want to see sustained development across their people.
