GROUP WORKSHOP | UK & ONLINE
The Group Workshop
Delivered at your premises or online. Typically commissioned by organisations who want to see lasting change in how their people communicate,

HOW WE WORK
Every workshop is built around the specific needs of the group. The focus might be public speaking, personal impact, or storytelling.
The full-day session divides into two distinct halves.
The morning builds the physical and vocal foundation. How the body communicates before a word is spoken. How breath and resonance work. How silence lands. This is the framework that makes the afternoon possible.
The afternoon is where the individual work happens. Every participant presents to the room and receives constructive feedback from the trainer. We create an environment where people feel safe enough to take risks. The result is visible improvement before the day is over.
We can combine more than one area of focus depending on what the group needs.
A half-day option is available where time is genuinely limited, or for groups returning for a follow-up session. It covers either the morning foundation or the afternoon practice. The afternoon practice session, which includes individual feedback and presentation work, is only possible once the morning foundation has been established. For this reason the full day is always recommended for groups coming to the work for the first time.
The Group Workshop is delivered using The Anima Method®. Developed from professional actor training, it addresses breath, voice, physicality and intention as interconnected elements of how a person is received, because presence isn't a concept you understand. It lives in the body, or it isn't there at all.

BARRISTER | LINCOLN'S INN
MEET THE COACHES
Luke Marquez
Luke trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama before founding Wrong Shoes Theatre Company, an Arts Council funded organisation touring the UK with devised and immersive new work. He went on to co-found The Actor Rebellion, where he is Head of Acting, training professional actors for film and television using Meisner technique and the later work of Stanislavski.
Rebellion Presence grew out of that work: years of training barristers and global business leaders alongside professional actors, and finding the same things in the way. He works primarily with C-suite executives and senior barristers, bringing the same precision and patience he applies in professional actor training to the specific communication demands of high stakes professional contexts.
Hannah Marquez
Hannah trained as an actor before spending two decades in marketing and advertising with brands such as Dyson and Vodafone, and has since continued to work as an actor and acting coach. That combination gives her something most trainers don't have. She has sat on both sides of the room, and her corporate experience has grounded the work of Rebellion Presence in lived business practice. Her focus is the specific communication challenges that professional women face: the moments where capability and presence don't land together the way they should.
